Q. What should I expect during my first session?
A. Each session will begin with a 5-10 minute warm-up, followed by light stretching. Clients generally take a 1-2 minute waterbreak prior to the start of the session which will include a total body workout or upper/lower body workouts depending upon how many days per week you train, your body type and your fitness goals. Strength training as well as cardio is apart of each routine. Each session ends with stretching, you are able to ask questions or make comments during this time.
 
Q. How soon will I see results?
A. You will feel different immediately after your first session. Results depend on how committed you are to your exercise program. We will discuss the results you should see based on your goals, schedule, and eating habits during your consultation.
 
Q. What equipment will I need for in home personal/group training sessions?
A. We provide all the equipment needed for an exciting and challenging workout, however if you'd like we can include your favorite equipment into the workout session. Any cardio equiprment you have may be included in 5-10 minutes of your total workout.
 
Q. Will I lose weight simply by working out?
A. No, To lose weight you must exercise regularly and eat properly portioned, nutritious meals.
 
Q. Are all of your trainers certified and insured? 
A. Yes, each of our trainers are certified, insured and experienced
 
Q. What kinds of people do you train?
A. We train a variety of women from those who are too shy or feel they are too out of shape to participate in a regular fitness class, the stay at home mom who only has 45-60 minutes to workout when the children are napping, corporate ladies who prefer working out during their lunch hour, teachers, nurses..............the list goes on. Our ladies generally come to us with the desire to lose 40 or more pounds.
 
Q. Do you yell at people?
A. Being yelled at or insulted will not make your results better. Results come from your hard work, dedication and patience. Nothing happens over night! Our role as your trainer is to create a variety of routines that are enjoyable, challenging, effective and most importantly safe. We do not get paid to work out with you, yell or insult you. Think of us as athletic coaches, they never play in the game, however if you listen to them your chances of winning are increased.
